Order Changes and Cancellations

Once your order has been submitted, you can cancel or modify it within 12 hours of placing it by visiting the contact us page or reaching out to our Customer Service team at [email protected]

Refund Policy

If you feel that the product you’ve purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund. Below are the conditions under which a refund will be granted:

  • Non-functional Product: If the product you purchased is completely non-functional.
  • Delayed Delivery: If you did not receive your product within 60 business days from the date you placed your order.

Additional Non-Refundable Items:

  • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
  • Incorrect buyer information.
  • Digital images (Please allow a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received due to lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display).

Please Note: We will not accept a refund request if the customer does not like the material. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Cost

Your refund will include the total payment and shipping cost. You do not need to pay any extra fees for returning or shipping.

Damaged or Low-Quality Items

Ideally, items should be photographed on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and prevent repeated errors in the future. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
